+ What are your hours of business?

The cattery and kennels are open to bring or collect your pet as follows :-

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 9.00am to 11.00am & 4.30pm to 6.30.pm

Sunday & Tuesday - 9.00am to 10.00am. Occasionally later, by our prior arrangement with individual clients.

+ How do we get driving directions to you?

Visit our location page for more details and local driving directions, or if you visit this page and click on 'Directions' you can input your own start address to get more detailed driving directions and a map of the route.

+ Do you offer a collection and delivery service?

We do offer a collection and delivery service using our own unmarked vehicles. This service is 4.00pm to 7.00pm daily, except Tuesday and Sunday.

As we collect from a wide area, we have to plan a route - therefore it is not usually possible to arrange precise times. If you may be out, please make special arrangements at the time of booking. Also make sure that your pet can be found - cats very frequently decide to climb a tree an hour before you are due at the airport!

+ Are you licenced?

Yes, fully and continuously since 1976. We meet all required regulations for both the U.K. and E.U.

+ Can I be shown around the Cattery and Kennels?

Yes, just arrive during our usual opening times. No need to arrange an appointment.

+ How can I pay?

We accept payment by cash or cheque. We do not take credit or debit cards.

+ Do you take care of rabbits and other small pets?

Yes. We accept all small pets i.e. rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, birds, etc.

+ What if I’m delayed returning home?

No problem. We know this can happen and we will just expect you to arrive at the next possible opening time. Don't worry if you can't phone us.

+ What if there is an emergency medical problem?

This is extremely rare but we can contact your vet or our emergency vet 24/7 and we often have our vet nurse on site too.

+ How long can pets stay?

Your pet can stay from 1 day to over 12 months if required. We cared for a Pyrenean Mountain dog for 14 months during a house rebuild and a lovely cat for 13 months during a protracted house move.

+ I'm going into hospital, can Petsville help?

We often care for pets for a variety of reasons other than holidays. Your pets are welcome whatever the reason.

+ Can my pet stay for just 1 day?

Yes. We accept pets for day boarding and also do doggy day care when pets are returning home on the same day.

+ Does my pet need to be vaccinated?

Yes please. Your vet will advise you. We recommend that you keep up with your pets booster vaccinations whether or not your pet is staying with us.

+ What if my pet needs medication?

We can give regular medications just as you would do at home. Just write the needs down very clearly.

+ How much notice do I need to give to make a booking?

We can usually accommodate with very short notice, but of course it is best to book in as soon as you make your own arrangements.

+ What must I bring with me when checking in my pet?

Inoculation certificate, dog lead, any toys or treats that you wish to send.

+ Can I bring my pet's personal bedding?

Yes of course, but nothing too precious!

+ Can my two or more cats be housed together?

Yes. Each chalet is large enough for a family of cats.

+ I have two or more dogs. Can they be housed together?

Yes, the kennels are very large and adaptable. We can feed together or separate to feed, as you wish.

+ Will my pet’s room be heated?

Yes, whenever necessary with radiators / heat lamps.

+ Do dogs get walked?

Yes, several times per day to suit the individual dog. We also have a secure off lead exercise area.
